N is for Nuthatch

Hello I'm a Nuthatch and my name is derived from the way I open nuts. You see I jam them into a crevice, then hammer them...clever, don't you think! I've been told that I resemble a small Woodpecker. Perhaps that's because I like to live in their old nest holes, as long as they're near the woods where I hatched, as I don't like to venture far.
